Grounded Presence for Changing Times
Mindfulness and Meditation
Meditation is about creating small, reliable pockets of relief inside real life. Through guided meditation, gentle sound-based experiences, and simple grounding practices, I offer spaces where people can breathe, listen, and reconnect with themselves. The approach is calm, accessible, and welcoming to people who may be new to mindfulness, carrying stress in their bodies, or simply long for a moment of steadiness.
I am a long-time meditation practitioner whose path has been shaped by dedicated study, personal practice, and a deep interest in how people heal, calm down, and come back to themselves. My work is informed by training such as The Power of Awareness with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and by my preparation for MMTCP, a two-year mindfulness teacher certification with the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
I offer guided meditations for individuals, small groups, and community settings, as well as gentle sound-based experiences created in collaboration with a local collective, including Jason Coile, my partner in Deep Listening Lounge. These gatherings are about presence, rest, and shared human space… The kind of pause where shoulders drop and phones go quiet. Increasingly, this work lives in senior living communities, caregiver groups, and other places where people are carrying a lot of visible and invisible stress.
I also speak basic conversational Spanish, and I care about making these practices more welcoming across language and culture.
